The proposals for the 166-acre estate will be transformed from its current site into a Hermitage Farm Hotel and Spa with a restaurant, spa and leisure facilities. Alongside the hotel proposals, we will rewild the golf course to create a much-enhanced landscape and wildlife habitat whilst enhancing public access and rights of way.
